Tiffany Thomas is the Executive Director and Principal Educator of Princeton Daycare Center (PDC) in Johnston County, NC. 

Ms. Thomas has a culmination of 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education with Wake County, NC and Johnston County, NC. She has been the Owner and Executive Director of Princeton Daycare Center since 2019. During her tenure she has spearheaded multiple programs that have proven successful for children, parents, families and the surrounding communities.

As a Women and Minority business owner she takes great pride in promoting excellence and quality in childcare while promoting Diversity and Inclusion of all cultures. Tiffany has a reputation of having a cooperative spirit by intentionally including parents, neighboring businesses, vendors and communities in her innovative ventures. She is committed to providing children and families with an environment that is loving and has a developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning and community service.

Most recently, under the direction of Ms. Thomas, Princeton Daycare Center was officially deemed as the first childcare center in Johnston County to be awarded the North Carolina Breastfeeding-Friendly Child Care Designation. 

Tiffany has given life to her mantra “It takes a Village” by cultivating partnerships with several businesses in the community. The partnership with Johnston County Industries / NC Works NextGen Career Center to give training opportunities to the youth has positively impacted lives.

She is a mother, innovator, visionary and phenomenal woman that is passionate about her Early Childhood Learning profession and giving back to the community.  Her vision is to expand and have the capacity to support the growth of the great communities around Princeton Daycare Center.
